Our website uses Google Analytics provided by Google, Inc.  Google Analytics is an independent web analytics service that tracks and reports website traffic.  

We may log visitors’ domain and IP address automatically through Google Analytics software. This information does not identify you individually, but only the computer that is being used to view the site. How Long We Retain Information

We keep your information for only so long as is necessary for the purposes it was collected. The length of time may vary due to statutory and/or regulatory obligations.  In the absence of a request for deletion, we will store your Personal Data on our systems for (1) as long as is necessary for the purposes it was collected; (2) any retention period that may be required by law; (3) the end of the statute of limitations for any litigation or inquiry that may come up in regards to relevant activity or services, after which, your Personal Data will be deleted, as required by the applicable regulation.

We Use Cookies

Some pages on this site may use “cookies”—small files that the site places on your hard drive for identification purposes.  We only use cookies for anonymous analysis to track user traffic patterns such as date/time of visit, page(s) viewed, geographic location, etc.  We do this in order to determine the usefulness of our Web site to our users.

Protecting the Privacy of Children

MBV understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy.  Our site is not intentionally designed for or aimed at children under the age of 16.  It is our policy to never knowingly collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 16, except as part of the provision of our professional services.
