MBV is strategically located in the Eastern District of Virginia’s “rocket docket” as well as being near the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C., which hears all appeals from patent disputes. Additionally, MBV actively litigates throughout the United States representing client’s interests in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters while forging new and exciting legal precedents that have had a dramatic effect on the current standards of Intellectual Property law. Legal precedent forged by MBV has been incorporated into the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (“MPEP”) used by the Patent & Trademark Office to train its Examiners in how to review patent applications.
